Doctor Katherine Coutsoudis

Doctor Katherine Coutsoudis specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for individuals and groups. On this page Katherine explains more about what she brings to the Green Door Clinic in London.

I am a chartered Psychologist with several years experience working in both the NHS and the private sector. Although I mainly use a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach to treatment, I often integrate my work with Schema Therapy as it enriches therapeutic experience when working through emotional distress. These are both approaches that aim to understand how problems are maintained and how dysfunctional patterns can be broken.
