Jordan Mae Antoinette brings the passion of Yoga to the Green Door Clinic, and her classes integrate creative, fun, energetic, alignment-based vinyasa sequences with mindful meditation. Each class is structured in a way that ensures postures are both accessible and challenging to all levels of practitioner and aim to push each student to their own limit.
Staged pose options for beginners right through to more advanced students are offered so even the stiffest bodies can join and enjoy, while the more flexible also feel challenged. Encouraging you to discover and nurture your body whilst beginning to go on the journey within. Classes are judgement free, strong yet playful, fun, light and focused on good positive mantras and vibrations. Jordan hopes to leave you feeling light, balanced, and in a state of grounded clarity.
