It's not uncommon for people to struggle to express what they are thinking or feeling, and through the use of movement, Ric delves into the psychological world, allowing clients to access hidden thoughts, feelings and other aspects of themselves.

Ric Chance has specialised in a variety of settings including the private sector, addiction units, prison services and educational organisations.
